Purpose Built Student Accommodation - Utopia Portfolio

Over the past decabde there has been a rise in the investment funds for Purpose Built Student Accomodation (PBSA). DLC Europe / Harrison Street have created a significant investment portfolio for PBSA over the past few years. One one of their main portfolios of investments is Project Utopia which consists of student accommodation 3,331 units including retail and leisure spaces that have created a student community atttracting inward investment and placemaking. It is estmated that the Harrison Street Utopia investment Portfolio will deliver £332m social value over the next 5 years which has already added a significant uplift in the commercial value of the investment in the PBSA.
